Can AuDHD Coaching Help With Rejection Sensitivity?
Your boss sends a vague message. A friend takes a few hours to reply. Someone's tone sounds slightly off. And just like that, you're spiralling. If you're AuDHD, Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria - RSD - isn't a mild case of overthinking. It's a full nervous-system response that can hijack your whole day.
