Is it just me, or could it be AuDHD?

I spent over 30 years learning about psychological theory, and developing what I thought was great insight into my own patterns, but I no idea I was neurodivergent. I didn't look like what I thought ADHD and Autism should look like. I also didn’t realise they could co-exist in the form of AuDHD, a whole separate neurotype. Then, I received my diagnosis.
